A NEW GATED DEVELOPMENT OF JUST 6 CONTEMPORARY INTERIOR DESIGN APARTMENTS IN CHISWICK

As part of the development team, we purchased a plot of land with planning in place to develop an iconic interior designed landmark building from the dilapidated and dated detached property.

I was asked to create exclusively alongside the architects a six apartment block encapsulating luxury living. With the architects we created this visually stunning building featuring one and two bedroom apartments designed for modern lifestyles. My brief was to create individual designs to benefit off - plan sales and generate further income with upscale design packages.

Each apartment had its challenges due to the unusual shape of the building - a V - and complex living spaces linked to external balconies and terraces, some of which had winter gardens. We created CGI as sales aids to reflect the potential of the building and inspire creative nuances such as lighting and luxury finishes -  in order to sell these individual packages.

PROPERTIES

These open plan apartments – all with luxury fittings and the option for bespoke furniture packages - were a truly stunning addition to the Chiswick Park Village. Each spacious apartment incorporated unique built-in furniture and bespoke kitchens.

They featured as an award-winning finalist in the SBID awards.

Apartment 1 V had its own private entrance with terraces to the front and rear and a small internal

courtyard off the kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen incorporated Miele appliances and integral lighting within the open plan living space (72sqm) as well as underfloor heating. This bright, colourful and fully furnished and designed two bedroom/two bathroom property with top of the range Hansgrohe fittings and built in wardrobes was the most sought after apartment.

 

A private and gated entrance off the main highway leads to these distinctive and elegant homes with

unique architectural features and interior design. The private terraces and winter gardens are filled

with light all year round, inviting the outside in.

A ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen and large bedroom had large fitted wardrobes and ample storage, oak flooring and underfloor heating. The outside terrace let light and air in throughout the apartment and was exceptionally large for a one bedroom property at 54sqm. Like the other apartments this was fitted out with home automation and satellite connections. The CGI reflected the style of furniture package we are able to supply.

The ability to create character in each of the apartments was one of the most attractive aspects of the design. We created individual CGI of each apartment and created furniture packages to match. Each apartment looked different but equally stunning in its design.

The location of the build and attractive views across Chiswick was a draw for buyers keen to live in an iconic steel and glass building in a much sought after road of traditional and luxurious properties. The V was unique in every way.

Similar in size to apartment 1, this property enjoys the benefit of a balcony terrace off the kitchen dining space. Full height windows to all areas brought daylight in to the very end of the day with views along Park Road.

This two bedroom/two bathroom property was comfortable and spacious enabling the occupants to utilise the area fully. The CGI created an impression of the furniture packages available to the buyer with kitchen and dining area, open plan living and a study space uniquely built in.
