Nicholas Sunderland, Interior designer in London, transformed this three story Victorian Terrace into a five story contemporary home retaining original features, whilst doubling the living space. A Gym, cinema and family room were integrated into a new basement level.
An extension for the kitchen and a new loft conversion created light and space throughout. Home automation, hidden lighting and masses of storage along with a seamless transition of flooring out to the patio garden extended the ground floor even further.
A master suite with two dressing rooms, walk in Hansgrohe Rain Shower and sunken tub, added a boutique hotel luxury to the first floor. Further bedrooms, study and family bathroom created an Award Winning space with fully bespoke furniture throughout.
