Nicholas architecturally designed two houses that had been merged over 40 years ago and NSI teams converted them back into two family homes.
With five bedrooms and five bathrooms in each, extensions at three levels and a basement utility room, we ensured every available space was used to perfection. This complete interior rebuild by our contractors over eight months provided the backdrop to our individual design.
A DEPTH OF LUXURY
Walk-in wardrobes, bespoke bookcases, luxury rain showers, hidden lighting and home automation added the high end NSI signature to these two award winning homes with walnut flooring throughout.
Turkish marble wall and floor tiles were prominent in each of the bathrooms and throughout the house, unique features and architectural touches the design emphatically carried the NSI stamp.
