Project management

NSI can undertake the entire project for you in the minimum of time possible, including decorating, fitting and supplying furnishings and accessories, to turn your property into a  Hot Property! Working to a budget and agreed time scale we take the burden away from you, including all the shopping! Prices depend on the scale of the makeover.

Verbal Consultation

You may have already some interior experience and flair but are not sure where to start in the presentation of your home when it comes to selling it. All you need is some pointers in the right direction to get you going. Our verbal consultation will help you to identify the problem areas and how to rectify them economically and easily.  

The verbal consultation consists of a 2 hours home visit. From the outside kerb appeal to the bottom of your garden, we walk through your property and identify areas that need addressing. We will offer advice on how best to maximise your space and create a home-style that will aspire to today's buyers, or even if you just want to live there comfortably yourself.  

We go through the property room by room and complete a diagnosis form. We also take photos and general measurements for further considerations if required. Once our assessment is complete, we walk through again together and we report verbally the issues to be addressed and make our recommendations.  £175.00 / 2 hours. (The consultation fees are for an average home of up to 3 bedrooms, £20 charge will apply per additional room)

Estimated Cost of remedial work: Average recommended spend is about 1% of the value of the property depending on its condition.
