Single room full design

An interior designer is no longer confined to the rich and famous. It is the must have accessory in any home or business if you want to impress your friends, or simply enjoy the benefits of an expert creating the environment of your dreams, no matter what your budget.

The NSI designer will research and source appliances, furniture, lighting and finishes from any suitable suppliers - allowing the designs to be versatile yet distinctive to suit your needs and reflect your personality. In this way we can create the home or office you want looking at the project as a whole, not piece by piece which many people often do.

Initial Meeting: Free of charge.

Subsequent Meetings - £92 inc VAT minimum - £92 inc VAT per hour pro rata.

Design Fee: As quoted from £684.25 inc VAT per room, including sample board. The design fee covers sourcing of all fabrics, wall and floor coverings, acquisition of samples and brochures and standard room survey.

3D Drawings: colour rendered 3D drawings of room schemes can be provided at a cost of £180 inc VAT, if client requires.

Sourcing of furniture, light fittings and accessories: This is recommended to achieve the full implementation of the designed interior.   

Full management of the project: Should you wish us to complete the project for you with our team of plumbers, electricians, decorators and builders we will quote according to the final design. Equally our team of seamstress’s can supply all your curtains, soft furnishings and even bespoke bedding.

Single room colour design

You may just want a colour analysis for your home or business, allowing you to decorate at your leisure in the confidence that the end result will be perfect. A room may need updating, or arranging in a way that cheaply but effectively enhances what is already there.

We will supply a full colour analysis providing samples of fabrics wallpapers and paints. This mood board will allow you to plan and organise your room makeover at your leisure with the confidence that your finished result will have the nsi stamp of approval.

Design Fee: - as quoted from £345 inc VAT per room, including sample board (This can be supplied off site from information we ask you to supply). The design fee covers sourcing of all fabrics, wall and floor coverings and soft furnishing styles.
